Retail Medication

You can fill prescriptions for retail medications at any in-network retail pharmacy, with access to over 65,000 locations nationwide. This includes major chains like CVS, Walmart, and Costco — as well as many local and independent pharmacies. Maintenance Medication

You can fill your first two 30-day supplies for maintenance medication at any in-network retail pharmacy. After that, your plan requires you to switch to a 90-day supply to continue coverage.

You have three easy options for 90-day fills:

  • King’s Pharmacy — We’ve partnered with King’s Pharmacy to help you save money and simplify how you get your long-term medications, with convenient mail delivery to your door. Want to learn more? Go to the Mail Order Prescriptions page to see how it works.
  • Participating retail pharmacies that accept 90-day prescriptions, such as Walmart, CVS, Costco, Kroger, Raley’s, Target, Food 4 Less, and Fred Meyer.
  • Local in-network pharmacies — You can also fill your 90-day maintenance prescriptions at many in-network locations. Just check with the pharmacy to confirm they accept 90-day fills.

Specialty Medications

If your doctor prescribes a specialty medication, you’ll need to use the PinnacleRx Solutions Specialty Pharmacy Program. This ensures your medication is handled properly and that you receive the support you need throughout your treatment. Here’s how it works:

  • Call PinnacleRx Solutions at (855) 730-8652 to begin the process. A representative will connect you with a specialty pharmacy that can fill your prescription — since these medications aren’t available at regular retail pharmacies.
  • Confirm your information — Provide your specialty pharmacy with your shipping address, patient details, and method of payment to ensure everything is processed and delivered correctly.
  • Talk to your specialty pharmacist if you have questions about how to take your medication, potential side effects, or anything else related to your treatment. They’re specially trained to support you.

Mail Order Prescriptions

We’ve partnered with King’s Pharmacy to help you save money and simplify how you get your long-term medications. With mail order, your 90-day prescriptions are delivered straight to your door — no waiting in line or making extra trips to the pharmacy. It’s a convenient, affordable option for maintenance medications — and getting started is easy. Here’s how it works:

  • Call PinnacleRx Solutions at (855) 730-8652. A representative will help you set up your mail order service with King’s Pharmacy.
  • Ask your doctor to send your 90-day prescription to King’s Pharmacy in one of three ways:
    • Electronically
    • By fax: (949) 387-0784
    • By mail: King’s Pharmacy & Compounding Center 17500 Red Hill Avenue Suite #250 Irvine, CA 92614

Note: You can fill a 30-day supply twice at any retail pharmacy before switching to a 90-day fill through mail order.

Formulary

The formulary is a list of drugs reviewed and approved by an independent committee of physicians and pharmacists. The formulary includes drugs that are commonly prescribed by physicians, clinically useful, and cost-effective.

Program Overview

Pinnacle Health Management offers programs to help you take charge of your health. Whether you need support for a chronic condition, mental health, pregnancy, or quitting nicotine, we have a program to guide you. These include the Diabetes, Hypertension, and Hyperlipidemia programs for chronic conditions, the Asthma program for managing asthma, the Uplift program for coping with anxiety or depression, the Mom-to-Be program for supporting pregnancy, and the Nicotine Cessation program for quitting nicotine.

Annual Biometric Screening

Your health journey starts with just a few important numbers. A biometric screening is a quick, simple check-up that helps you see where your health stands today. You have a few easy options to complete your annual screening — choose the one that works best for you.

  • Your Primary Care Doctor: prefer to go through your primary care provider? No problem. Just ask them to complete the screening and send your results by fax to (949) 253-5415 or email to [email protected]. Visit sff.pinnacletpa.com/welcome/biometrics to download and print the form, and bring it with you to your appointment.
  • Quest Diagnostics: Visit my.questforhealth.com and enter the registration code shehadeyfarms. To Register, you will be required to enter your 4-digit Employee ID. Spouses please enter 4-digit Employee ID + S in this format: 1234S.
  • On-Site Nurse: Please contact your local HR team to schedule an appointment with Nurse Angela.
